MDEP Diesel Combustion Analyser

The MDEP procedure has been developed with over 15 years of research and field testing. MDEP is now available to you as a tool for diagnostics of an engine’s internal health. A brief MDEP evaluation can provide you with critical information pinpointing internal engine problems based on Mirenco’s evaluation of the MDEP results. Graphical results will provide you with an understanding of each engines combustion characteristics. An experienced technician will develop an understanding of these results and will be able to quickly “see” the various internal engine problems that can be identified with the MDEP procedure.
Opacilyt 1030 Smoke Meter
The OPACILYT 1030 is a competitively priced smoke meter that is easy to use.
The smoke meter serves the determination of the opacity value from compression ignition engine. The opacity can be indicated in m-1, % or mg/m3. With different probes, the soot mass concentration can be determined from both passenger cars and trucks. Furthermore, the equipment permits the measurement of oil temperature and RPM’s vis different sensors.
